One of Australia’s most high-profile reality TV couples is moving overseas.

Married At First Sight stars Michael Brunelli and Martha Kalifatidis are seeking a new start after calling it quits on their Bondi home.

Personal trainer Michael, 31, revealed on Tuesday he was about to hop on a plane to join Martha, 33, who has already been living abroad for several weeks.

He shared a series of Instagram posts explaining how he was packing up their beachside home ahead of the big move.

‘Martha and I spent some time making a big decision to move overseas for a while,’ Michael said during a Q&A with fans.

‘We’ve had a few problems with our house and the fact that the world is essentially open again, we decided now is as good a time as any.’

While he insisted it wasn’t a permanent move, Michael said the relocation was a ‘change we both wanted to experience’.

He didn’t reveal where exactly they were moving to, but hinted it was either America, Europe, the UK or somewhere in South America.

The couple are fairly well-known in Britain as their season of Married At First Sight aired there on the E4 network.

Earlier this month, the newly engaged couple were shocked to discover mold spreading across the walls and roof of their Bondi pad.

‘Gorgeous we’ve come home to this. Wet walls growing mold,’ Martha said.

She shared photos to Instagram of her roof covered in the fungus, writing: ‘We’ve been gone for five days.’
